Fast turnaround time

We can produce your badges in as little as one working day*. We also offer a same day courier service for London based client and events. Elsewhere nationwide, we dispatch the badges on our pre-noon next working day service. 

Ease

All we need from you is your logo / artwork and the list of names you want printed. We will then send a PDF proof of your design before we print and arrange payment with you. That's it! You will then receive your professionally produced, branded and personalised badges by courier service.

Onsite solutions

We pride ourselves on our onsite solutions. We believe that there shouldn't be a sacrifice in quality from the pre-printed badges and those that are printed on-demand. Both our 'search & print' and 'scan & print' systems act to minimise queuing and create a positive experience for attendees; so that they can be enjoying the event, rather than waiting outside it!

The print quality from our hired equipment ensures that your guests won't receive a different level of service, regardless if they're a walk-in or have registered their interest months ago. Our streamlined badge printing system is based with the host/hostess in mind, so you don't have to be a tech wizard to add people onsite and start printing away! 

Scanners can also be provided for attendance tracking, breakout sessions, e-ticketing and exhibitor lead retrieval. 

Managed registration systems

For a managed registration area and for more technically demanding events, we have a team of technicians who can oversee the registration process and ensure it runs smoothly.
