| This process requires a film negetive to print the badges. Once the film has been made up, each badge is printed using the film, therefore producing incredibly clear and precise print on every single badge showing every detail. |
| Lead time |
| Due to the necessity of artwork approval, lead time is 10 to 12 working days. When available there is the option of shortening this to 3 days at an extra cost of £300. |
| Price |
| Initial set up charges for the artwork design make up and colour matching make batches of less than 500 unpractical. For batches of this size, premier digital print provide a very good alternative. |

| Artwork must be provided either on a disc or as a jpeg. |
